Jewelry and watch prices surge year over year
The Bureau and Labor Statistics Department released their latest consumer price index. According to the data jewelry and watch prices were up between 4 and 7%.
It's important to note that this time period last year was the earliest stages of the pandemic when demand and prices for most good sunk. The growth in prices is impressive but must be put into proper context, i.e. 2020 prices collapsed.
